Vinyasanixitsya focusses on enquiring into establishing the bandhas in the whole body, through a series of progressive standing postures . It integrates hastabandha, padabandha, mulabandha, uddyanabandha and jalandharabandha through merubandha into sarvangabandha. This workshop is suitable for people who have experience of practicing The Dynamic Yoga Method, or substantial experience in another style of yoga.
