Yoga was traditionally taught one to one.

Private classes make it possible to tailor the practice to your own needs and requirements, focusing on the aspects that interest you, whether it be meditation, posture practice or breath work, or specific issues that you have.   Each aspect of yoga  is adapted or emphasized to suit the individual.

 

Tailor made yoga classes are also an excellent way to recover from any accident, injuries or just mental fatigue.

We are based close to Blackheath SE13 but often teach private classes elsewhere in London.

The length of the classes can vary to suit your needs.

Teachers arrive at you door 5 minutes before the class starts and leave as soon as it finishes so you can get on with your day.
